- 7 days after the buyer receives the balance and shipping fee . If the buyer fails to complete the payment within the specified time, the product will be sold to other pre-order customers or sold as normal products. The product will no longer be reserved and the deposit will not be refunded or exchanged. Since the price of the product will fluctuate with market prices, exchange rates and other factors and is uncontrolled, the balance will be paid according to the pre-sale price on the page regardless of whether the market price rises or falls.

- Shipping costs are not included in the price of the item, whether pre-order or in-stock. We can't know the exact shipping costs until the model is released, but we estimate that shipping costs may be as expensive as the model itself, or even more expensive. When the model is ready to ship, we will notify you by email if you need to pay additional shipping costs.
- If we cancel the order, we will refund the full amount. If the order is in stock and needs to be refunded due to the buyer's reasons, we will charge a 15% refund fee. If it is a pre-order, the deposit is not refundable. Please note that once the order is placed, it is deemed to be agreed to this term.
- Once the product is opened (if it cannot be resold), it will not be returned or exchanged. Placing an order means that you accept the above terms. All products in this store that have been opened and cannot be resold are not eligible for the seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy.
